Since these 100% HUMAN SLEEK HAIR HAS BEEN CUTICLE ALIGNED TO ENSURE LESS TANGLING AND DURABILITY, you can wash, dry and style just like your own hair. You may also curl, flat ironed or even color that hair. It can take anywhere from 150-250 strands for a full head of hair depending on how thick your own hair is. They last approx 3-4 months before they need to be taken out and redone again. Hair Care and Styling with Extensions:  * Long Hair always requires more care than short hair, and this is true for VividBeautyShop's hair as well. * You need to take care of your extension hair as you would of your own long hair, brush your hair several times a day from roots to ends using a large-tooth comb. * When shampooing your hair, avoid using a circular motion or twisting motion while lathering to keep knots and tangles from forming. * Deep conditioning your hair is recommended and will help in its manageability. * Styling your extensions is easy with a little extra attention in your daily routine. Your extension specialist should recommend a professional grade shampoo and conditioner to use. * When blow drying be careful not to set the blow dryer too hot, and to keep it at a distance of at least 20cm (8 inches). Extreme heat can damage or dry out your extension hair. * Tie your hair or put it in a braid before you go to sleep. This is how you avoid tangles with your extension hair. Application Process: Before application, we recommend deep clean client's hair without using conditioner or any oily base product. 1) Start sectioning client's hair from bottom to top. 2) Insert pulling needle through needle through a tube. 3) Grab a portion of client's hair with pulling hook at the other end of pulling needle and slide through the tube hole. 4) Hold the tube 1/2 inch from scalp and insert I shape hair tip through the tube. 5) Apply pressure to flatten the tube using tube closer. Removing Steps: 1) Put the tube vertically in first groove of tube opener and apply pressure slowly. 2) Finish - Slide out the extension hair after opening the tube. NOTE: Chemical process like coloring, tinting or perm can drastically change the surface of the hair, thus stressing it. You should only let authorized professional perform such services in order to get the most out of your extension hair. Although our hair can be colored or de-pigmented, we do not recommend such alterations as results may vary from client to client. Any coloring or de-pigmenting is done at the customer's own risk.
