Ebay and the USPS estimate that date and they are the ones that claim that is the date your items will arrive. Rarely does a package actually arrive on the estimated date of arrival due to many unforeseen circumstances such as weather, truck malfunction, traffic and more. And remember, once the package leaves my office and tracking shows “acceptance” or “distribution center” when tracking, I have no more control over it. If your package arrives damaged by mishandling from the USPS, you will need to go to your local post office and show them the damage so the clerk can file a claim. I sell name brand parts, supplies and health related items. I inspect each item carefully before shipment. All of these items have a manufacturer’s contact information. If you need help using your item, or if you find the item doesn’t work as you think it should, you will need to contact the manufacturer directly at the phone number or website information on the box.
