Rapunzels accept no returns on dyed, altered or worn hair extensions but should you encounter a problem we are happy to assist on aftercare. Hair extensions are a hygiene item and cannot be resold once worn on the body. By altered this includes the use of straighteners/curlers/products or washing. Returns must be as delivered (in original new factory condition with the packaging sent).
